Seyi Makinde is the third governor who has turned out positive for Covid – 19 after Nasir el – Rufai of Kaduna state and Bauchi state’s Bala Mohammed.
Makinde came in for intense criticism for holding a political party rally in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital, soon after a recent trip abroad.
